We also know the best time to target these homemovers and when they are most likely to need your services. This differs depending on your industry which is why we have customised audiences for each profession and trade.
We will provide you with the addresses so you can download these chosen leads as a file and contact them yourself. Alternatively, you can use our automated direct mail service and we will send the mailers out for you. We include a library of pre-designed postcards and letter templates and the ability to design and upload your creatives.
What is automated marketing?
Automated marketing within the BuyerAlerts platform enables businesses to streamline marketing efforts. By selecting an audience and assigning a direct mail campaign, whenever a new property matches the audience criteria, BuyerAlerts automatically sends the mailer to that lead.
What's the difference between automated marketing and downloading leads?
Our automated marketing service streamlines the process by automatically sending marketing materials to leads via direct mail, whenever a new lead matching your chosen criteria comes to market. Conversely, downloading leads requires manually reaching out to leads using your marketing techniques.
What do I do if I don't see my trade in the dropdown?
If your trade isn't listed during sign-up, simply select the "Don't see my trade" option. This triggers an email to our account management team, who will promptly add your desired trade.
Can I have multiple trades?
Yes, BuyerAlerts accommodates multiple trades under one account. This flexibility acknowledges that businesses often operate in various sectors, enabling comprehensive marketing from a single account.
What is a campaign?
If you decide to automate your marketing prospecting with us, each separate targeting activity is treated as a marketing campaign. You can run and monitor as many campaigns as you choose.
How do I select audience types?
Once signed up, BuyerAlerts displays ideal audiences tailored to your business's trade. These audiences are designed to target potential clients relevant to your industry.
How do I filter an audience to find my ideal leads?
After selecting the desired audience, you can refine your leads by specifying criteria such as postcode radius, lead cap, property value, and bedrooms. This helps target properties that align with your ideal client profile.
What does Lead Cap mean?
This field allows you to put a cap/set a limit on the number of leads/addresses that you want to pursue. This is an effective way to stay within your budget.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply reach out to our account management team, and they will assist you accordingly.
Can I upload my template?
Yes, BuyerAlerts allows you to upload A4 and A5 PDF templates for your campaigns. Ensure your document meets specified dimensions and contains no more than two pages, with the safe print zone reserved for recipient information.
Can I design a template in BuyerAlerts?
BuyerAlerts provides an in-app template designer where you can create bespoke templates for your mailers. Additionally, pre-designed templates are available for customisation with your branding, simplifying the creative process.
What happens if my payment card fails?
In the event of a payment failure, you can add a backup payment card to your account. This ensures uninterrupted service delivery, as BuyerAlerts automatically retries payment using the backup card, ensuring timely lead delivery.
Can I edit my campaign after it was sent?
No, once the chosen template has been finalised and automated, and you have pressed sent, you can’t edit the template, or change any other element in the campaign. As best practice, we recommend you carefully check if you are happy with the template and its content before automating your direct mail campaign.
Do you accept any other payment?
Currently, we only accept credit or debit card.
